Even though it’s April Fools, it’s no joke that a second season of Shakugan no Shana has been confirmed for airing in the fall. All I can say is that it’s about time. There’s been a definite lack of urusai, melonpan, and tsundere sword-wielding loli’s in my life. There should be plenty of stories to work with, since there are around thirteen novels, I think. Also a reminder to all Shana fans that the first volume of the novels comes out this month in english from Viz on the seventeenth. The first volume of the manga is also out on the seventeenth. It’s looking to be a Shana-tastic year.
