Cutest. Hikikomori. Evar.

Second episode of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei was surreally hilarious. I loved every second of it. The introduction of the weird girls in Itoshiki’s class was excellent. Komori Kiri is the most moe hikikomori ever. I like how she’s now stalking Itoshiki while still technically being a hikikomori and doing nothing. Speaking of stalking, Tsunetsuki really exemplifies “pure deep love.” The train of stalkers at the end was great, ending with Kiri. Perhaps she’s the greatest stalker of all. I thought Itoshiki was awesome this time. I really like how his depressing speeches about suicide are delivered with so much gusto that he almost seems manly. The traveling suicide case and black book of suicide partners were also nice effects. Fuura and her “things on tv can’t be real” attitude were great and showed how opitimistic she really is. And surprisingly, a lot of the writing on the board this episode I actually understood.
